WinUI appearance
Choose Follow system, Light, or Dark under Settings → Appearance → Theme. WinUI uses native Windows UI; the older web app’s Mist, Paper, and Material themes are not WinUI theme options.
The preview also includes language, motion, window effects, and immersive taskbar settings. Some translations and effects remain in progress. Reduced motion covers part of the native and immersive experience, with capsule behavior still being refined.

Data and backups
Open Library & Storage → Data location and reset to see the actual path. The preview normally uses its own directory, and development runs can override it. Exit the player before copying that directory for a backup, and keep the original audio files separately. The library database is not a backup of the music itself.
Reset all data clears libraries, playlists, favorites, history, and preferences. Investigate a single missing file before considering a reset.
Diagnostics and updates
Diagnostics show local state. Upload diagnostic report… requires a separate confirmation; review logs for personal paths or server details before sharing. Check for updates does not yet provide a complete automatic install flow. Follow the actual package notes on the download page.
