3. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you purchase OFPlayer through Paddle, your payment, billing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, order support, and refund handling may be processed by Paddle according to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and policies.
OFPlayer / Oakflates remains responsible for providing the product, software, license, account access, documentation, and product-related support.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use OFPlayer or make a purchase.

- Use OFPlayer for fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal purposes.

You are responsible for any content, data, files, prompts, inputs, outputs, or materials you submit, upload, generate, or process through OFPlayer.
You agree not to submit or process content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or obscene;

- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- Violates sanctions, export control laws, payment network rules, or other applicable regulations;
- Attempts to bypass security controls, usage limits, or access restrictions.
9. Plans, Pricing, and Payment
Pricing, plan features, billing periods, usage limits, and available payment methods are shown on our website, checkout page, order form, or product interface.
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect applicable taxes, issue invoices or receipts, handle payment-related customer service, and process refunds.
For subscriptions, your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You authorize Paddle or the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for recurring subscription fees, taxes, and any applicable charges.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Access may be provided through an account, license key, download link, hosted dashboard, email invitation, API key, or another delivery method described at checkout or in the product.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, email delivery issues, third-party systems, payment review, fraud checks, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or OFPlayer will not exceed the amount you paid for OFPlayer during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
20. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using OFPlayer at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to OFPlayer if:

- Payment fails, is disputed, or is reversed;
- Your use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk;
- We are required to do so by law, court order, payment provider requirement, or compliance obligation;
- You use OFPlayer in a way that may harm us, Paddle, other users, or third parties;
- We discontinue OFPlayer or any material part of it.
Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that accrued before termination.
