Work through common import, playback, lyrics, and connection issues.

First check your app version, selected source, and the exact error. Do not reset all data to fix a local problem without a backup.

Imported tracks are missing

Select the intended library, then check All Songs and Recently Imported. Clear search and format filters. If import is still running, wait for the result and review failures.

The track is listed but its file is missing

Saved metadata and artwork do not prove the source audio remains in place. Check removable drives, network paths, and filenames. If a file moved, import from the new location and check for duplicate entries.

Playback is silent

Check whether the progress bar advances, then check OFPlayer volume, Windows volume, and the selected output device. Try a known-good local track. If only remote tracks fail, inspect the remote source. Recheck output after unplugging a device, changing Bluetooth connections, or waking from sleep.

Albums are grouped incorrectly

Album, artist, and artwork grouping comes from file tags. Look at the track details for inconsistent names. The current grid does not offer custom grouping artwork editing.

Lyrics or Lyric Capsule are missing

Confirm the current track and its lyrics binding. Reparse lyrics or check the lyrics search folder. Toggle the capsule under More → Lyric Capsule. A track without lyrics can still show its details.

The phone is connected but cannot play

Library sync must complete after pairing. Try selecting the track again after sync. If the desktop restarted or changed preview data directories, check service and pairing records. See Phone handoff.

Only part of the remote library appears

Confirm the server library and directory, then use Load more. The current 5,000-track cap cannot be bypassed by repeated clicks. See Remote music sources.

The interface differs from this guide

Check Settings → About and the download page. WinUI, Tauri, and the web player have different controls.

When reporting a bug, include the app and Windows versions, steps, expected and actual results, and whether it repeats. Keep error text in screenshots but remove pairing codes, passwords, and personal paths. Diagnostic upload under Settings → Privacy requires confirmation.
